Soumah Equilibrio Syrah sets the benchmark each year for Soumah Syrah. It is grown on the Hexham Vineyard at Gruyere in the Yarra Valley.

The focus is on creating a wine of balance, so the mix of Syrah (Shiraz) clones and use of new oak is carefully considered. A portion of the fruit is fermented as whole bunches. After maturation, the best barrels are chosen for the final blend.

Crimson purple, Soumah Equilibrio Syrah is a savoury wine with brooding fruit flavours and powerful tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
